Remember the FIRST item of importance is that you are personally WORKING ON YOUR OWN HEALTH JOURNEY DAILY & DOCUMENTING THAT. This will naturally help you with forming a true relationship with Shakeology & a program. Getting some sort of results in your life. THAT comes before any trainings or tactics. Everything flows from your story, so GO HARD at it. COMMIT to a program like its YOUR JOB. Because IT IS. Use it as fuel that the more closely you follow your program, the better results you'll get, and the more that will boost your business Long Term. The more you're digging into the EMOTIONS and identifying the life hurdles that pop up as you attempt these shifts: the more you'll have to POST about & relevantly speak to what everyone else is experiencing when THEY hit those same hurdles. Your job isn't to be a "pro", it's to be ON the journey With them, and documenting it. Consistently. regardless of struggles. the struggles are PART of what you'll document :)
Once you're ready to dive into "Coach Basics Training" material: Pace yourself through each short lesson topic. take notes in a notepad either in your phone or good old fashioned paper notebook.
